The McKoys provide a model of team ministry in which there is a balance of gifts of the male and female aspects of God’s nature. They are distinct and different in their respective styles, emphasis, and abilities; however, they are one in purpose and in the Spirit of the Lord.
Co-Pastor Costella Marie Jackson McKoy is a native of Pinehurst, North Carolina. She was saved at 13 years of age at her home church, St. Peter United Church of God in Eastwood, NC.

The majority of her secular employment career was 21 years in banking at First Union National Bank (now Wachovia/Wells Fargo). She has a wealth of knowledge in many areas of banking.
In 1991, the Holy Spirit prompted a transition in her profession. As a result, she went into full-time ministry as an ordained Eldress and agreement partner with her husband as her God-given “cover” at Pentecostal Assembly of Jesus Christ, now The Worship Center..
In the fall of 1997, she enrolled in college again. In December 2000, she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Summa Cum Laude, in Human Services from St. Andrews Presbyterian College. She served as a counselor/therapist with Cardinal Clinic, LLC in Scotland County, NC prior to going into private practice.
She presently has a private practice in Pinehurst, NC where she provides couple, family, and individual counseling services. She serves The Worship Center as Co-Pastor, Administrator, Spiritual & Financial Advisor, and Director/Counselor of the SPECS (Spiritual & Personal Enrichment Counseling Services) Center.
Bishop/Senior Pastor Roy Andrew McKoy, Sr. was born in Angier, NC, reared in Grand Rapids, Michigan, served in the U. S. Army with tour of overseas duty in Germany. After returning to the United States, he moved to North Carolina, later settling in Pinehurst, NC.
